I hate sejarah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i dun understand the reason behind learning abt the past. Aren't we supposed to move on to the future? Haiz...studying sejarah is sooo depressing...it just bores you until you wished you were dead. there is like sooo much to study....(i mean memorize because it has nth to do with understanding). The chapters are so boring....who cares abt faktor-faktor or kesan-kesan of sth...it's soooo stupid.
For upper form....it's like we have to memorize the whole two textbooks...word for word...do they think we're machines?? Well come on....there is a reason why these stuff are printed in books....and the sejarah teachers think it's soooo easy. Well, they're not sitting for the exam. They are not the ones memorizing everything...they have books. And we have to write ESSAYS....can you believe it....writing essays abt the past...like give me a break!!!
I have no idea how the seniors do it....i really salute them.. Everytime i think of sejarah..i feel like dying. You have no idea how many times i've ask my bro to kill me to end the suffering. I guess i just have to suffer for another year....and hope for the best....HAIZ....................................

sejarah is not boring... it is just the way the presented it in secondary school that make it boring
people have prejudices because of the way schools have presented the subject..
I read a textbook about history, it is one used by perhaps your parents when they were in school... it is fun and i enjoyed reading it
history is not boring, just the way it is taught...
lol... I dunno why I really enjoy reading sejarah...quite interesting... but I definitely HATE the memorizing part!!! lol...
as some famous guy said, "those who don't know history are doomed to repeat it"
i don't like history either. it's one of two subjects that i didn't get an A1 for in spm (the other one was moral, lol) nevertheless, proper history should give us a sense of our roots, our place in this country at this time, how we got where we are today.
unfortunately some powerful people manipulate it to become propaganda... sigh
u r rite. sejarah sux. ok yeah, i gues i agree wit wat kor2 siehjin said..there is some truth in the famous saying.
bt y is it sooooo torturing then? it's gd 2 learn history in a way..i gues...esp our country's history...bt they shud make it more interesting...let us learn more abt other coutries s wel...more general knowledge on da world outside us...rather than juz narrow it down 2 wat happens in our polluted waters.
nway, dis subj is not meant 2 b an exam subj..y on earth shud they test us on whether v noe da factors tht caused so-n-so??
they juz want us 2 learn it, n noe it..bt they hv no other idea on how 2 ensure tht besides making it a compulsory exam subj...
